I have an android tv box preloaded my friend has one as well. His has gone wrong he cant get anything I think he's clicked on restore to factory settings, how can I reload hi box is there a site to goto. Thanks for any help with this.

Not always the same for all units.

I've not seen one quite like this before, but it looks same idea as most other Android STBs from Shenzhen. It hasn't got a brand name, the manufacturer is unknown, which basically means there's no information available for it. Best bet would be to contact the seller, see if they have any info. Was it shipped directly from Shenzhen or Hong Kong?

Yes it boots up.

Since it boots, are you just missing some Apps that were pre-loaded?
If so, you could install Titanium Backup (from Play Store) on yours, make a backup of the missing apps. Then install Titanium Backup on the other device and restore the apps.
There are more details to doing this, can discuss further if necessary.
