I have a Quad Core Android 4.2 TV Box (MINI PC) "ATV" with 1.8GHz CPU, 2GB RAM, Full HD had this 3 months now won't start would like help plesae
 
Can you be a little more precise as to what is or isn't happening? Have you tried a factory reset? If not, do that first (usually its the least painful way as TV boxes should not take much setting up again).
 
In that case I'd return it for warranty replacement as there is little troubleshooting you can do since most of these are not rooted and without custom recoveries, a prerequisite for that purpose.

Looks like a hardware fault.
 
thank you for your help I have been in contact with the suppler and he wont do anything for me got a feeling its was faulty when I bought it ...........
 
That's very bad and I'm sorry to hear that. Anyway, perhaps you have other options.

I also have a Android TV box and on the whole it is working fine with some annoying issues I have to live with.

I recently bought a Google Chromecast and found IU can substitute the Android TV box totally as I can stream (cast) Movies (as long as they are in mp4/264 H format) from my local NAS (localcast from Play Store), pictures, presentations (Polaris Office suite), screen cast of my phone/tablet (mirrorcast), music files (either on device or my NAS), use BBC iPlayer, Netflix and more and all in superb quality.

Maybe its worth looking into it for you? Less hassle and Chromecast is so cheap and just works out of the box. One word of caution, you need a pretty strong and reliable Wifi signal.
