Help Android update error

I have an elephone M3 and recently I've received an update, when trying to install it, the phone restarts and the Android appears, but a few moments into installing the update it stops, and it says error
I don't know what to do to solve this, is there a solution?

Reboot back into Android, try again, delete the update if not and see whether it will download a new copy.

If the file it has downloaded doesn't install I can't think of anything else.

I'm assuming you have not rooted or otherwise modified the system software. If you have then that could be why it doesn't work (official updates and modified phones are a bad mix).

The phone is new, i haven't rooted it.
I've tried to update it again and again and downloading the update a lot of times, but it always go error
