android update through Root toolkit

updated Nexus 7 (1) 32GB through Nexus Root Toolkit and it says that it updated to 4.3 but opening screen is still the same (the X and not the pedals). Not sure if It did the full upgrade. Particularly want the multi-user and the video upgrade. Any way to verify this is the full upgrade.

If it says 4.3 in Settings -> About Tablet, then it should be 4.3.

Also check your build number in the same screen, it should be JWR66V.

Go to settings scroll to the bottom and select about tablet. You will see what version you are on.

Thanks for posting to Android forums! the easiest way to check what version of android you're running is to go to Settings>About Device and look for your android version there. It will say

Android version
4.3

If you are updated to the latest version.
