Android version question

Hi,

I'm moving from an Android 4.4-based ROM (Paranoid Android) to a touchwiz Android 4.3-based one (Android Revolution). My question is if I have to do a normal flash or if I have to downgrade Android from 4.4 to 4.3 before flashing the new ROM.
