Android viber sound problem

[Android Question]

I have a problem I hope you can help me:
My Mobile is LG-E430 with Android 4.0. Recently I used Viber wich is the latest 3.1.1.15, when I call somebody I can hear them very clearly but no body can hear me and I don't know why.
Please help me

Hi, and welcome!

If you haven't accidentally pushed the "mute" button, I would suggest uninstalling the app (after clearing it's cache and data in settings>apps>Viber) and then reinstalling it.

If that doesn't work, repost the question with the updated info about what you've checked and tried, or better yet you could join the forum as a member and you can then reply in-line to the threads!

When you place a free call via internet (WiFi or 3G) it involves quite a bit of routing and system updates. It is also dependent on the quality of both user's devices.
