Where Can I Buy android Phone wall chargers, i'm looking to buy in Stores not online. Where is the cheapest place to buy that will work for my s2?

Walgreens, CVS, Target, Walmart, Best Buy, Fleet Farm, Radio Shack, etc. Not to mention your cell phone provider's retail location (not the cheapest).
Most Smart Phones use Micro USB, but not all. Just make sure you're buying the kind that will work for you.
EDIT: I see you stated you have an S2. Micro USB charger is what you want for sure.
