Help Android WiFi Operation

Don't understand the question... of course if it's "hidden" the phone won't be able to "see" it, you should still be able to connect to it if you manually type in the settings though. (SSIDs are case sensitive)

On a side note there is no reason to hide your ssid (other than to cause frustration). A hidden ssid is the easiest thing to find and usually the sign of a poorly secured network. The best option is to just use the strongest encryption available.

Thankyou for the reply, my fault I should have explained it better.

My phone was setup with my home network visible (as were all of my WiFi devices), and the network is to use phone speak
