I want to use the advertized Mi-Fi ability of the new Infinity IW-021

USB Internet sim dongle that I use for Internet on my Lenovo S10 laptop to connect to my Android Samsung GT5830i phone.This is a general Android question as I've not been able to find any info by searching on how to make the make this work in Win7.
So USB device plugged into laptop and connected to Internet.
Wi-Fi profile made in device.
I now need to know how to make Win7 have a Wi-Fi connection to the Phone via the device.I've been to the Infinity site but nothing there and can't contact(maybe no weekend access).
What i'm trying to achieve is using the Dongle to be able to connect my phone to the Internet via the laptop as the Sim I've bought has a higher data allowance than my phone contract so I want my own little Wi-Fi hot-spot using the dongle and laptop.
Any help appreciated.
