My phone started freezing every 10-15 mins and everytime it does that I have to hold the home button to get into that menu where you can see all running apps (idk how it's called but you guys know what i'm talking about) and then get into the app again so it will unfreeze

It freezez in apps, games, or even on the 'desktop' when I open it. When it does that, it doesn't respond to any touuching, and if there are videos playing they are stopped

Did anyone have this issue before? How can I fix it? Thanks
 
Try starting it safe mode, or try a factory reset, which should eliminate any rogue apps. And if it's still freezing up then, could be a fault with the phone itself that needs repair. Is it still under warranty?
