You need to be more specific.
Is it that you enter your Google account info but it does not sign in?
Is it that you don't remember how to sign into your Google accout?
Something else...?
If you are certain your login credentials are correct, try signing inro your account from a computer. If it doesn't work, then the problem is not with your phone. If it does work, then go into the "Manage apps" section of your phone (under Settings) and clear cache and clear data for anything with "google" as part of the name. Post back if you continue to have issues.
