I need to decompile CM12 5.0.2 based on any device but by cross port i want to compile to mtk device.

That sounds like a very difficult task. I've never heard of anyone decompiling a ROM and completely rebuilding for a different device. Also MTK, Mediatek don't release the kernel drivers you'll need for whatever device you hope to target AFAIK.
Even AOSP builds and Mediatek devices can be off-limits, because Mediatek doesn't make drivers available without signing draconian NDAs with them.
