Android_Eclipse plugin

Hi,
Where can I get Eclipse Plug-ins for Android .
I tried to install them manually,but not configuring.

Its better to follow the below steps in eclipse.
Help->Installsoftware->give the path to ADT.zip-> and continue.
Restart Eclipse.
Android will be configured to Eclipse.
Done
