Lurker
I was culling apps from my Droid today and found a mysterious app at the top of the Manage Apps list called, simply, "androidos2".

This is apparently the third version of the app, and the icon depicts the little Android mascot against a picture of a galaxy or some such. It uses exactly 588 KB app space, but no data or cache space.

I have no clue what this app is, does, or how it got here. I'm afraid to uninstall it because I don't know if it's something important.

I don't know if it's actual Android OS 2, update 3 (as in, the actual operating system) that some how found its way into my app list, or some stealth app downloaded when I got something else.

Please help me, I'm a little freaked out that my new Verizon Droid is already getting stuff I don't know about...
