I just found this app called androidtethering, its free and it somewhat works. Setting it up is somewhat like setting up proxiod. So far I've been able to login to windows messenger and browse the web. Only problem would be that it is constantly losing connection and makes browsing pretty hard. Now since you can't access sites that you've already logged in to in PDAnet LITE, you can always login to those sites with Androidtethering and then swithing to PDAnet. Its like having the full version of PDA, saves you $20.
