You can create new levels, to actualy play them, you need to overwrite existing levels. Looking forward for some awesome custom levels

Android what? Angry Birds are working on android, this editor might work on android browser aswell, just try it, if not, you can edit levels on desktop browser and copy created levels to your device, simple as that.
