You can find a bunch of live wallpapers (the Android term for animated backgrounds) by searching for that term on the Play Store.

I love me my live backgrounds... LOL. So far my favorite one is by Jumpgate from the play store I believe.

If you take photospheres (360 pictures) you can use "photosphere free live wallpaper" to set them as a live wallpaper.

As you swipe picture in background moves and tilting up and down works as well.
