You just need to change it really quickly. I think it will look best if you can change it roughly 30 times per second.
The weird tbi g is she. I look at .y Profile it's animated, but when I post it's static.
It looks static on your profile, to me. I believe that, when you upload an image, the website re-compresses it as a static JPEG image.
