I have this awesome idea for a wallpaper. I want to take the picture of Black Spider-Man from Spider-man 3 when he's perched on that overhang of the building in the rain at night, and animate it to look like it's actually raining and lightning. However, I can't figure out how to do it. Any suggestions?
