annoying "ad"

today i had this issue:

impossible to quit this ad (image )


so i cant do nothing in my pc

that ad is freezed and cant take it out.... im able to use other options but when i open an app the annoying ads is there ....

any solution?

Bluestacks has become time limited trialware, shareware? Like if you want to continue using it without the ads, you must pay?

Did you download Bluestacks from their official site, or some other place?

downloaded months ago from their web...
now reinstalled and all is OK !!!
