Help Annoying Data Roaming Notification

I am constantly getting the data roaming notification even though I am connected to wifi in my apartment. This should not be coming up when connected to wifi and its annoying because I can't figure out how to make it stop. Anyone else having this problem?

Ughhh I called Sprint about this and they were NO HELP! I was told turn the Roaming Network option to only Sprint instead of Automatic...DID IT FOR A DAY BUT IT WOULDNT SEND TEXTS AND KEPT DROPPING CALLS WTH!?!?!
