Annoying "exdialer is using battery" notification.

Since I made the switch to Oreo on my v30 I've noticed two persistent notifications that don't seem to change, no matter what I do.
The first is my app exdialer, saying "exdialer is using battery"
(Duh) and the second annoying message is "change keyboard" which then says multilingual gboard (which is what I set it to)

I tried turning off notifications in both these apps, and from the system but I don't appear to be able to stop these annoying notifications from popping up. Any ideas? Thanks!

Interesting.

I also get two annoying, easy to fix but persistently appearing, messages popping up.

The first is exactly like the one you mention d except in my case it's Exchange that is using battery. Though don't seem to be having any issues with excessive battery drain. I just click on it and am given the option to force stop Exchange.

The other new annoying message is that 'app stack needs to be closed'. I just hit x and it's fine for a few more minutes then pops up again.
