annoying music

[Android Question]

Hi,
I do not use music apps. Music plays intermittantly - "Let My Love Open The Door" - in that annoying electronic upbeat tone. I cannot find out if it is a notification, an add, an update, malware or virus. I have not selected it for any notifications - email or phone. I want to kill it and the host of unnecessary programs running on my "smart" phone.

If you install a File Manager (I use one called File Manager) from Play you should be able to use the Search function to list all MP3s, locate that one and delete it, that way you at least won't hear the annoying upbeat tone again

thanks, will try. went off a few times today. must turn sound off to avoid it and then not hear incoming phone calls.
