Annoying notification

My LG Aristo 2 through Metro PCS I have keeps giving me this annoying notification that says "cannot obtain current location". This happens every 5,10 or 20 minites. The notification will appear at the bottom of the screen over any app I'm running for around 5 seconds. This is super annoying. I need help disabling this.

Some apps request the device location even when running in the background, hence the notification when you are using any other app.

Does Google Maps report your location correctly?

I did all those things and it still does it constantly. One thing is for sure. I'm done with LG phones on a crappy network.

Never had reliable coverage with Metro, ever....
