Help Annoying voice mail notification

When you have your phone app open click on your menu button and choose Settings. Scroll down to Voicemail and click on it. You should find Ringtone under that and set it to Silent, or whatever else you want to hear. In this same section you should find your Voicemail Setup. In here you can add pauses after your VM dialed number and input you password if you like. Since I'm the only person who uses my phone I do this so I can easily check VM while driving or otherwise busy.

Its voicemail or email voice notification, right? Just had that appear on my Note 2 out of the blue. The solution, go to System Setting -> Language Input/output -> Text-to-Speech output -> uncheck Driving mode.

Solved!

I cant get rid of it?

Borrow someones phone and call your number. Let it ring and leave a message and hangup. Give it a minute or two and then on your phone go to your Voice mail and listen to the entire message, then delete message. Now go back to your Home Screen and see if the notification is still showing.
