Annual Upgrade

Okay, I will be using my Wife's Annual Upgrade to upgrade my phone to the DX. She is eligible tomorrow (August 31).

My question is this....How far past Midnight (EDT) tonight do you think they'll update the website?????? LOL

Well at least for now your partially right. There's a message that says one of your lines is available for upgraded discounting.

I go to the Upgrade Phone Page to pick your line. The line that's supposed to get the phone upgrade states Upgrade At Full Price. I select it and continue to select a phone, those phones are showing the discounted pricing...what the heck!

Looks like 2 different systems are not talking to each other! And based on the instructions I got from Verizon (via email a week ago) there should be link to transfer the upgrade from one line to another on the Upgrade Phone Page.

Talk about screwed up!

Sheesh, well I was able to place my order this morning after calling Customer Service. For what ever reason the "transfer upgrade to other line" wasn't present. CS said that I can order through her line and still activate it to my line.



I just checked my status and it's currently set to Ship bythe 14th of September. I CANNOT WAIT till have that Droid X in my hands, hopefully sooner than the 15th!
