Anybody know what this is about?

Edit: Thanks for combining...saw his thread right after I had posted mine ;)

I hope it is a new Epic, Evo or iPhone. My upgrade is March so I am eager to see a high end phone for 2011.

Fingers crossed.

although i am anxious to find out, I don't think its going to be anything too big. I would think that they would want to save any big announcments for the big booth they have reserved at ctia wireless next month. time will tell.

After their last phone announcement I'm certainly not holding my breath. I was at the Sprint store this weekend & even they joked about it (Echo).

If you could design a brand new phone, what would it have? Ours will have a hub for gaming, music, pictures and video. #comebackfeb24

Sounds like a Sammy S II or Xperia Play to us. RT @sprint: Ours will have a hub for gaming, music, pictures and video. #comebackfeb24

I don't know what it will be. I am hoping that it is something worth while though. I am kinda bored with what I am using now. I've had it a couple of months. It is time for a new one. I am hoping that it is announced and released on Thursday. That way I can get a new phone to last me thru what is announced next month.

MissJennell, I'm curious what makes it worthwhile for you to upgrade so frequently & pay full price for phones. Do you sell the old one once you get the new one? Or do you just chalk it up to a "hobby" expense?

Sometimes I sell the old ones. Sometimes I keep the old ones. I don't really chalk it up to anything. It is a hobby for me. And I can afford it. So I do it. Most of my other hobbies don't cost much at all (running, photography, reading) so it kind of evens itself out with this one that costs a lot more.

I spend money on nothing at all, I can't think of the last major purchase I made for myself in years...... Except gadgets.

If I was Superman, gadgets would be my Kryptonite.

My next purchases will be

1. 7" HTC Flyer

2. Motorla Xoom

3. EVO 2

I got to have them.. lol

I think your three choices are great, I want them all too. But why flyer AND Xoom?

I have a tab now and take it everywhere.. I want the flyer for the handwriting and drawing ability.. The tab was suppose to have this ability and it did not pan out.

10" tab when I travel or at home chillin on the couch..

Got an email from a friend that is a developer and he's heard 2nd hand that it will be the HTC Arrive which he says is the same thing as the 7 Pro which was shown like last October:

Alleged specs:

Size
59mm(2.32") 15.5mm(0.61") 117.5mm(4.63")

It will likely be another WP7 phone. Would being the first to operate on Wimax (4G) make it the industry's first 4G WP7 phone? Haven't been keeping up with all the phone announcements, but if it's actually on sale first Sprint would again be first.

I'm not a WP7 fan myself. Not too thrilled with closed-systems. Not to thrilled with most of the MSFT products I've purchased since WinXP - all seem half-baked and more focused on MSFT upgrades and pocket-lining rather than making my life easier.

Photography doesnt cost anything? Yikes, thats my most expensive hobby.

4G blackberry?

Also, are they including Spam? I get a ton of that each day.

It's a WP7 phone.

I would like a new BlackBerry, preferably a touchscreen model. I'd even be interested in the Pre 3. But it's going to be a WP7 phone.
