Another Market issue

Hi guys...i am using Xperia X10 with android 2.3.3. Few days ago my android market stopped working and now when ever i tried to open market it gives me
"Network Connection error" while my internet is working fine...i am using wifi router..there is nothing wrong with my internet connection....before these few days i used market so many times with out any problem and downloaded many applications through that but i dont know what has happened now....n e body got solution??

Also can anybody guide me from where i can disable the gmail account updatin/upgrading?....because i think its happening because of gmail account updating.

Instead of Wifi, have you tried 3G or tried another wifi connection....reboot the router if you haven't?

I would actually suggest probably downgrading the Market (uninstalling updates in case one of them was corrupt, then redownload them)

Setting->Application->Manage App->Market

This is where you can click to remove Clear Cache, Uninstall Updates and do a Force Stop.

Then close all that up and try and open the Market again. When you open the Market, anc click the left button on the phone...the menu button, and chose Accounts, you do have you gmail account listed in here?

Make sure for your gmail account, you do have the right country selected...that should be about it.
