Root Another Noob Question

Hey guys,
So loving my lgg stylo by metro. Anyway so I wanted to know.. Because I see the update is ready to install.. Is there a root method for 6.0. I googled and nothing... So I thought I'd ask my buddies here before I install the update. Also I went to check out the lg g stylo 2 today.. pretty nice. Wonder if boost did there cheap sht and made it an 8gb. Anyway is there a root method for that??!

No I'm asking if there is a way to root my phone...I have the lg g stylo by metro PCS ... If I go ahead and update it to marshmallow..6.0 it's currently rooted on 5.1 so if i update am I gonna lose root? And if so is there a method of rerooting once I get marshmallow.
