ANS U L40 SD CARD Not recognized by Windows 10

Hello,
Installed a 32GB micro SD card to a ANS UL40 cell phone. After plugging the UL40 into a usb port under Windows 10 (using it's supplied usb cable) nothing shows up under Windows 10's file manager.

However, In Window 10's device manager three devices labeled UL40 showed up under "Other" device, each of which had no driver.

So I chose to update drivers for each UL40 "other" devices. Windows 10 went online and installed a Qualcomm HS-SUB Modem 9092 modem driver for each and now under "Modems" there is a Qualcomm HS-SUB Modem 9092 modem device.

But still no UL40 and/or UL40 SD drive from Windows 10 device and file managers.

I was able to rectify the problem. Previously I wasn't able to find or access the USB settings of the UL40.

Eventually found an icon in the shape of a circle from the top bar, when clicked on a menu would not stay open and I could not read the menu.

However after many attempts and trial and error I was able to get the menu from the circle shaped icon to stay open and discovered a USB menu setting choices.

Charge this device
Transfer Files
Transfer Photos (PTP)
Use this device as MIDI

After choosing "Transfer Files" I was able to access the UL40 and it's SD card from the Windows 10 PC.
