ANS UL 40 has a Trojan Dropper Agent that is pre-installed from the factory into the System Update A

ANS UL 40 has a Trojan Dropper Agent installed in System Update App (Wireless Update) as defined by Malwarebytes, and Norton Mobile Security, along with Macafee had detectected it as a High Threat Risk. They advised to Disable the app. However this app cannot be disabled unless somebody knows how because the option is greyed out. I even tried to email ANS (American Network Solutions) about this and the Postmaster(Gmail) sent me back a response that info@americannetworksolutions.com could not be found; as this is the email address listed on their website. Anybody have any suggestion?

Thanks,
RD

Considering they haven't updated the website since 2016 and that the devices only seem to be available on Amazon and eBay, are you sure they are still in business?

They are still in business as I just found out that they are located in New York and only have 2 employees, and they have been in business for 6 years. Still trying to find out from them what they plan on doing about it. Their phone number is 631-617-5055 and Phillip Christopher is the C.E.O.

Since it's greyed out it is a system app and cannot be removed. Check the device administrator settings and disable from there if you can.
You may need to root the device to remove it.

Problem solved,
It's not a Trojan, it's just ads built into the Launcher, replace it with an ad free launcher from play store. That's all.
