[Answered] Is there an opposite to this apple adapter?

Please help I really want to be able to charge my phone when I forget my charger and all my friend has is his iPhone 5/6 charger.

I searched "lightning to micro USB adapter" in Google image search and then looked until i saw the picture of something like that. I didn't see any others, but I stopped looking when i found this.
