Answering Call Opens Live Wallpaper Settings

Title says it all! When I answer a call sometimes (not always) the live wallpaper settings opens. I thought Tasker was causing it since I normally use a Tasker sequence to answer calls with the proximity sensor but I just answered a call by dragging the green thing across the screen and it still happened. Does anyobdy know what I can do about this? It's only happened since I factory-reset and re-rooted my Android 4.3 a few weeks ago.

What launcher are you using? Could there be a setting within the launcher that is set to open the wallpaper settings when you swipe?

I'm using the stock TouchWiz launcher. I don't have to swipe to answer a call. Sometimes the live wallpaper thing opens when I'm pulling down the notification shade!

I've now discovered that it's triggered by contact with the top of the screen. Sometimes it happens when there isn't a call coming in. I reach for the notification shade and the live wallpaper page pops up.
