Answering Machine: Dodgy App?

I downloaded this app called Answering Machine last year and was using it for a while to record messages onto my phone, rather than voicemail, that way I have a recorded message. Anyway, it's not been working for some time. When someone calls it jumps in and activates and records a message, but when I try to play it it always crashes.

So I decided to get rid of it, only I can't find it anywhere in my apps? Tried searching, everything, it's just not there. I hope it's not some dodgy spyware.

What can I do to fix this, without doing a full reset please?

Just realised this is an inbuilt feature and not an app I downloaded. Any idea why it keeps crashing when I want to listen to my messages? I'll try deleting them all and see if that works.

OK so I deleted all my previous messages and did a reset and now it's working again, so problem solved. Thanks me.
