IF, you haven't rooted your device
AND, you only download apps from the play store
AND you check permissions to make sure they aren't asking for unneeded permissions
Yeah, you only need an antivirus if you download external APK files and such. I use Kaspersky on mine and it feels essential cause, well, I've been using it for years. Old habits die hard.
