Congressman proposed an Anti-Planking Bill.

At first I thought it was a joke by the title - boy, was I wrong.

Hasn't stopped daredevils yet. We still have drag racing on public streets and kids car surfing. Kids won't stay wrapped in a cocoon. Are they planning on brain scanning anyone to figure out if planking is on their mind?
