Help Anti virus software.

I am new to tablets and smart phones so I am really not familiar with obtaining Apps from the market place. I just bought a IBSOL DUO by Vulcan. Model # IBTO 700C with 4.4.2 Kit Kat. It seems that the device can not use Google Play to get apps. I tried Amazon app store but the one app that I tried said "download failed". It seems like I can only use 1MobileMarket that came installed with the tablet. Any time I go to the open market and go to download an app to put it on my SD card, even if I have the SD card in the computer, the site usually sends me to Google Play to download the app. When I try to download on Google play it says "you do not have any devises".
I managed to get quite a few of the apps that I wanted by using the 1Mobile Market but I have not has any luck with an app for Antivirus software. The software that the devise seems to be pushing me to use is 360 Security. It is a Chinese company. Has anyone had any luck with a non Chinese security company for antivirus software app? A free one preferably?

You don't need antivirus on Android. Just be careful what you install and where you get the software. Install Common Sense and leave it running at all times. It's your best protection.
