Antutu help: Real capacity?

Recently bought a Star N9589 MTK6589 Quad Core 1G RAM 8GB ROM Android 4.2.1. Antutu v3.3 benchmark says:

memory size (available/total) 842.9/1008.3 mb
ram size (available/total) 576.9/971.7 mb <guess this is ok as it is close to 1GB>
sd card size (available/total) 5433.2/5566.2 mb

So is ROM size = memory size + sd card size = 6574.5 mb?

BTW, I have not inserted the micro sd card yet.

Any help is appreciated.

No, that's not how that works - plus, Antutu isn't the best to see what your phone has.

Use Elixr 2, it's free, and tap the info button. That will show you the storage available to you as a user.

Tap the Internal Storage, more information to see the /data partition (for you), and the /cache and /system partition sizes (used by the installed system).

Thanks, will install Elixr 2. The seller told me to check ROM this way.

Enter the setting > storage > enter the bottom of this menu > you can see total space "5.43GB"

This phone is 8gb ROM because of the other part is 2.57GB was used by your phone software. If the space is "2.97 GB" this phone ROM is 4GB.

Mine is a Star N9589.
