Any apk available that can email device/radio logs?

Is there any apk available that will package up and email logs from the phone?

Sometimes I don't have the luxury of connecting USB and pulling logcat files from the phone using adb. So I wanted to see if anyone has an apk that can gather (and potentially compress) logs and email them to me.
