Any apps like Colorsplash or photoblur for Android?

I had these apps on iPhone and used them quite a bit. Do you know of any like it in the Market?

My bad on wrong posting location. Nevermind I got Picsay Pro. It does most of it...except if I set a blur...I can't unblur a portion of the image. It's all or nothing.
