Motion will probably never go on sale just because its already subsidized. Though I'm sure Metro will keep having sales of some kind just so they can either get new customers or to get more people on the LTE network.
 
Motion probably won't be on sale but normally they have a presidents day sale for about a week
Presidents day 2013 is February 18
