any custom rom able to use system update?

just a question like my nexus 7 running LOS I'm able to update it through settings and it gives me the option to download the latest nightly. Do any of these custom roms able to do the same thing sofar the 3 I have tried don't ,Viper, Commito,L O S

Only OFFICIAL custom ROMs can do those type of system updates if there's anything to update to..
The only OFFICIAL custom ROM for the Moto E4 Plus (owens) is BlissROM and there's just no updates for that ROM at this time.. YET.
