I am looking for a countdown timer app for training with. What i want to be able to do is have it set for x minutes training then y minutes rest time. Preferably with different notifications for each. I would also like this to be able to run in the background so i can listen to music also.
Does anyone know of such an app, i ahve been searching for the last hour and can't find anything that matches.
