I searched so much and finally found the one that matched my requirement (Geniatech ATV3000 Enjoy TV Gold - Android Smart TV Box with HDD Bay, Media Gateway) but unfortunately no one is shipping this to India.
Second one was measy but i read that it does not have a proper customer support and they are not upgrading any of the old boxes to 2.3 or 4.
So can anyone let me know if there is any box sold in India. I was looking for the below specs
1.Android look and feel
2. 2.3 or if the 4 update is scheduled its fine
3. 3.5 HDD support
4.Wifi
5.dlna
6.Webcam support (Skype)
