any ideas on this idea?

i have an idea on a app for windows7 so that you can scroll over like the android so you can keep programs up and running without more then one monitor. or is there something already out like that? anyone seen this?

I'm pretty sure there are plenty of virtual desktop options out there. Have you Googled it at all?
