Any international call app?

Hi everyone
I was wondering if there's any app. that can be used for international call.
I'm currently living in U.S. and want to make call to other countries.
Please recommend me one that I can use
and how to use them

It's because my parents are staying in other country
I know GV offers cheap international call but I was not invited still.

Please help me out here !

I use app called Calling Card and a Skype To Go number. Works as a charm.

BTW., Is it not really faster to type Calling card in the Market than create a ne wtopic here and wait for replies?
