Help Any mail app can anuto sync every 30 mins?

I really hate to switch on auto sync all the time as it kill battery or have to press sync eveytime when i check my email.
Is there any mail app can enable sync every 30mins (or certain interval) without turning on auto sync all the time or manually activate sync? (I use hotmail and gmail)

Probably most mail clients can, such as AquaMail, K9, Maildroid, etc. I use AquaMail and it can do custom sync setups for all accounts together or for each account individually including intervals or even specific times of day. Manual sync too, of course, of all accounts at once or individually.

The longer I use AquaMail the more impressed I am by it.
