Any OCR type apps that can transcribe a picture to text?

I thought evernote could do it but i can't seem to find the option. Looking for something that can take a picture and then format it to a text file, maybe even take a pic of a business card and save it as text as well.

also, are there any apps that would transcribe all text like a page from a book into text? or is that too much work for an app?

Evernote will let you search for words in a picture, but won't output it as text.
