Any help here guys.
If i had to guess, i would guess its just a Text Widget (search Text Widget on market: Text Widget - Cyrket).
I believe its not a quote widget, but the user just putting plain text on their homescreen...

You know I was starting to think the same. I scoured the market looking for that thing. If theres one thing I've learned its 98% of quote apps suck. What I was looking for was a transparent widget with famous quotes that would change at certain intervals. I ended up coming upon this app called Daily Quotes 4 U.
It has different styles of widgets and changes quotes at certain intervals. This is the one I went with. I might keep this app.
