Any rapid portable recharger packs out there?

I'm curious, I have a enercell one, and in testing its decent, but slow, so I'm curious if there's any portable power packs, obviously the small kind, that recharge faster? Maybe not as fast as directly plugging it into the wall, but its kinda crazy if I have to leave this thing plugged into my phone for 2 hours to acquire all of its charge.

My HTC wall charger charges my phone in about two hours.
My portable charger does this in the same time.
I use the JustMobile Gum Pro for two years. It has a Li-Ion battery with 4400mAh and it weights only 130g in my pocket.
I know for sure that I can charge my phone two times with it.

And this is for my also important:
For this rapidly charging ability the JustMobile does not need any special adapters/cables, standard USB cables are enought , for to charge itself and to charge my phone.
